TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and free from any marks.

Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached and must include all original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

All shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging.

Swimwear and intimate garments (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show any signs of wear.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, components, and any illustrative materials. They must also be properly packaged, in the same way as they were received.

Returns must be shipped inside the original box, securely sealed with adhesive tape. If the original box is unavailable, another suitable package may be used for shipping the items.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods or there are shipping errors on the part of QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT, the customer is invited to contact info@quattro-stagioni.it immediately.
QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will cover the return shipping costs.

QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped via couriers other than the one indicated in the return instructions email, if such delivery results in additional costs for QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT or requires pickup at a courier branch.

QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all stated conditions. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Acceptance of such returns, if granted, will incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT website is excluded in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, regarding:

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

  • The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

By way of example, but not limited to, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Certain items in the Underwear/Lingerie section (where expressly indicated).

  • Items in the Beauty section (where expressly indicated).

For each product to which the right of withdrawal exclusion applies, QUATTRO STAGIONI provides the consumer with specific notice directly on the product page.

However, QUATTRO STAGIONI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept a withdrawal request even for goods excluded from this right, should it deem it appropriate for justified reasons.

For all matters not expressly specified herein, European distance selling regulations shall apply.
